Third and final stop on the Fox River, St Charles, IL, and the end of a long day of driving. St. Charles is also a Chicago suburb. It’s a handsome city just off the Lincoln Highway and was another very enjoyable stop.
The art deco St. Charles Municipal Building (1940) is a beauty.
